We are open Monday – Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Our rates starting February 1, 2024, are $90 an hour for normal business hours, billed in 30-minute increments, 30-minute minimum, and a 10% discount for seniors. For appointments that are outside of normal business hours, $150 an hour, 60-minute minimum. We do not work on Sunday.

Sheridan PC Doctor Policy for Computer Service, Cyber Security, and Computer Training calls are as follows: We are still providing our same five-star computer service for all our current Sheridan customers who have been with us for the last 36 months. If you have not had computer services with us for the 36 months, we would consider you a new customer if you called us. This year we are only taking a small amount of new customers because this is our last year in business, 2025.
For 2025, we are only taking new customers inside the Sheridan city limits. In addition, we are taking limited technology issues, Cyber Security issues, and some Computer Training. If you need one of these services, please give us a call or text us at (307) 763-0235 to help us determine if we can help you and schedule an appointment for you to drop off your device(s) at our Sheridan location. There may be some situations where we will come to your home. We are an appointment service only. We are located at 1341 Stonegate Drive in Sheridan.
